Major Function:

1. Microwave power supply would be automatically adjusted based on pressure and temperature inside closed vessel, which provides non-pulse consistent microwave power. This advanced technique (patented) would make the digestion and extraction process much safer and easier to control.

2. Three programmable modes for Temperature, Pressure and Extraction control would make the process fit for any official standards including EPA and ASTM. Two pages Crisp Monitor to display both reaction data (pressure, temperature, time, microwave power and working steps, etc.) and accumulating curves of temperature and pressure inside reaction vessel.

3. Touchless Pressure Monitor and Control (Patented):
Closely monitor and control the pressure inside reaction vessel, no cable or rope is necessary. Easy to install and release closed vessel. Cooling process can be executed outside oven, speedy and efficient.

4. Pt Temperature Monitor and Control (Patented):
Directly plug in to get the temperature inside closed vessel, touchless to sample. Easy to plug in and out. Stable shielded sensor for safety and reliability. Display temperature and pressure within the same vessel for valuable comparison.

Vessel Technology for Controlled Pressure Relief:

Sineo's vessels feature simplified wrench-free handling, high-purity Teflon composition, and a state-of-the-art pressure relief mechanism. If the operating pressure exceeds the vessel limit, a patented device allows the vessels to release excess pressure, bringing the internal pressure down to a containable level.  If the extreme high pressure occurs in a sudden due to wrong operation, a 360 degree safety membrane will be broken to protect the whole vessel
