All the products in this manual are permanently fixed, hanging equipment, and do not prevent liquid type of equipment. Product cannot be used under the inflammable , explosive with anesthesia gas environment . Please refer to the specifications about disinfection :

II . Structure and Working Theory
The operating lamp is divided into three parts: swiveling arm, balancer and lamp head. The swiveling arm works by means of rotating bearings. It makes the lamp be rotated by 360 degrees and be positioned as required. Meanwhile , adjusting the damper may let your hand feel comfortable and ensure stable position during the operating. The balancer works by means of the elastics force that arises from the compression on the spring. The elastic forces then become the balancing forces to balance each lamp head at different position, thus the lamp head can be moved up and down with great flexibility.
The light source adopts high luminous efficiency, good color rendering, long service life and low thermal LED light emitting diode .
The lamp head of JSL2009-LED series consist of more light lamp, and each light source adopts multiple LED light emitting diode to produce cold light beam which reflect to surgical wound from every Angle to make the operative site to the effect of illumination.
With the development of Computer Aided Design technique (CAD technique), the structure and model tend to be more reasonable Illumination controlled by microchip digital system can be adjusted steplessly and be memorized.
The regulating mode of Light intensity and color temperature is eight grade continuous adjustable .
The lamp have battery to ensure power back up for minimum 1 hours after mains failure .

IV . Installation & Modulation
1. Foundation Construction:
Ø Foundation construction is to be done according to the character of the operation theatre by referring to Fig1, Fig2&Fig3.Size to Fig4.
Ø Foundation is to be with enough stiffness & hardness, &bear load of 500kgs.
Ø Height of operation theatre's ceiling is to be 290-310cm.
Ø In case the height of operation theatre's ceiling is higher than 320cm,long rod is recommended(our factory can supply this by order).Long rod should be enough hard to avoid swaying.
2. Installation of the base
Ø Use M12 nut & bolt to connect the supplied 'fixing board for installation 'with the pre-set foundation.
Ø Use M12 nut to connect the 'fixing board for installation ' with the base & adjust the nut to keep the base straight pipe vertical against the ground ( see
Fig5 ).Be sure not to injure the spares of the base .
3. Installation of the rotary rod
Ø Use M6 screw to connect the base with the rotary rod. ( see Fig6 ).
Ø Get the 2 cable of the rotary rod into the wiring end of the base.
Ø Insert the cover into the slot of the base , then settle the cover with the shard-end screws( see Fig6 ).
4. Installation of the balance device:
Ø Connect the joints of the large &small balancers (the end of the long arm ) with the rotary rod. ( see Fig7 ).
5. Installation of the light head:
Ø Connect the main & assistant heads with the large &small balancers respectively. (see Fig8 ).
Ø Remove the screws of the large &small balance devices, install the heads ,screw the screws on, & then put on the cover. (see Fig9 ).
6. Modulation
Ø Screw tight or loose the screws of every joints for adjusting the turning force of each joint (see'performance diagram'for the positions of joints).
7. To get electrified
Ø When installation finished, put the plug of the base on the source Power; mount the power switch on the wall.
8. How to operate
Ø Make on the switch on the wall, &make on the switch on the handle, check if the light is on normal condition or not.
Ø Adjust the light to the ideal using position
Ø Turn the focusing handle to adjusting the light focus to the operating position (1 meter form the light).
Ø Press the luminance-adjusting button on the handle, for ideal brightness.
Ø When operation finished, make off the switch on the handle & the source power .Off the OT light.
V . Operating Instruction
Ø Preparation and Check
- Dismount the handle and disinfect it with some kind of disinfector
like alcohol or sterilize it in high temperature. Then mount it back.
- Turn on the power of the lamp and check whether each light source works well.
Ø Procedures
- Turn on the power on the wall in the operating room and the one on
the control handle of the shadowless lamp.
- Adjust the positions of the swiveling arm, balancing arms and lamp
heads so as to get the desired position of the whole operating lamp.
- Focus the light source to the operation field by rotating the focus
handle. Slightly press the light-adjusting buttons "+" or "-" on
the lamp head to the desired illumination.
- Switch off the power on the handle of the lamp as well as the one on
the wall after operation.
Ø Notes
- The power should be switched off after operation, otherwise, the
transformers are easily burnt out due to the face of power
connection for a long time.
- Annually periodic inspection should be conducted by specialists to
see whether the connections of all the components are loose. If so,
please tighten them immediately.
- If the lamp is out of order, contact the specialist as soon as
possible.
VI. Safety
Ø We ensure ten year's safe and performance, and service life of our
products.
Ø The install foundation must bear 600kg loads to prevent the fall of
the lamp.
Ø Check the connective status of each part at regular interals (one
time a year) to prevent it fall.
Ø When you install and wire the lamp, output line and derivation line
must be connected by color index. Do connect correctly.(construction
staff must have basic professional knowledge).
VII . Troubleshooting and maintenance

Ø Repairs
- How to replace a fuse
Cut off the power. Remove the shade by screwing out four self-screws by a '+''-' headed screwdriver. Take the burnt fuse out of the connector at the base and replace a new one with the same specification.
- Specialist is needed to replace LED bulb and switch power.
Ø Maintenance
- Periodically inspect the connection status of each screw of the lamp and tighten the screws if necessary. One-every-two-month- inspection is recommended.
- When the balance is lost, adjust the balancers in accordance with the way in this manual 'IV.6 adjustment 'to ensure normal operation.
- Apart from cleaning and disinfecting the shadowless lamps after every use,the sterilized handle must be disinfected in high temperature or by alcohol after being dismounted.
- Keep cleaning the lamp with soft cloths to prevent dust accumulating.
- Glass should be cleaned by detergent .
